Benefits and Challenges of using Best Buy’s Voice Interaction System

This project has been done in collaboration with Best Buy Canada in order to discover users’ pain points, unmet needs and desires when using Best Buy’s voice interaction system for shopping.
In a futuristic scenario based interviews,we aimed to understand the benefits and challenges of using smart speakers in the context of shopping and exploring the opportunities for future of online shopping using this technology.
